Of course no pre-build is perfect but this one is pretty close from what I have experienced these first few months. Runs my entire game library at max graphics smoothly 100+ FPS. When I started having some intermittent FPS issues in some games customer support was a great help and responded quickly. Of course before buying a desktop familiarize your self with the basic parts and how to do basic troubleshooting because when it comes to technology its not a question of if but when you will encounter a issue.

Packaging was excellent. Computer came very well packaged in its box with foam around the outside for protection and foam inside to keep all of the components from moving around. Very professionally packed. Computer also came with “Zero” bloatware. The only additional stuff loaded other than windows 10 is links to the manufactures website for manuals and tech support. I am extremely happy with this build. I usually build computers myself but this was basically the same price that I could build it myself without the hassle. This computer is built with quality components and is doing very well with everything that I have thrown at it so far. My only complaint is that I did not receive the extra power cable for the power supply that were not used for the build. I plan to reach out and see if they will ship me the extra power cables so that I can add another SSD. I will update this review after contacting customer support.I would recommend this builder for anyone looking for a new computer.

Received this product on 5/6/20 and it has been running smoothly since. Runs games very nicely at 1440p resolution I get well over 100fps no problem. The noise level is very low, you have options of silent mode which turns off PSU fan when not under load. You can also choose the fan speed in BIOS. The cable management is nicely done as well. The rgb lights are also nice and give the computer an aesthetic touch. The 1TB SSD makes everything run super fast. The computer also came with Skytech gaming keyboard and mouse which are decent quality. The only problem I had with this computer was that the rear exhaust fan doesn’t spin/work and Skytech are going to send me a replacement fan. Their customer support is also very knowledgeable and fast. I reccomend Skytech to anyone that is looking for a prebult gaming computer.

I bought it out of pure laziness (I didn’t wanna build my PC, lol). This has handled everything I’ve played on it with no issues at all. Even Cyberpunk 2077 has been okay so far. You’ve gotta tinker with settings because, well it’s Cyberpunk, lol. I have absolutely no complaintsIt’s quiet, temp control has been great and it’s my first gaming PC. I’m impressed

Delivery was prompt. Signature required. I am very impressed ( my 1st amd). I’m playing Hell let loose on a curved 42 inch monitor and frames are over a hundred and extremely stable. My old system was in the 40 to 60 fps. By comparison this old system ran aapg at 200 fps pegged. It’s a good system for older games but my ne games just would not run smoothly. This new system runs ultra quiet. And oh so fast. Highly recommend for the money.

Gaming: Great deal for the price. Also very easily expandable and upgradeable.Value for the money: Too good of a deal to pass up.Thickness: Not sure why Amazon asked for this, but it’s dummy thic.Customer support:I ordered this computer after arranging the purchase of 2 other Skytech computers for family members who needed an upgrade (symptom of “these are great, I need one too”). The system arrived with the incorrect motherboard installed. I contacted Skytech via email and they were prompt in getting out the correct part.10/10 will be getting my girlfriends new computer from them soon.Advise for buyers:This system is made by a customer PC builder, not an assembly line. You will need to verify that everything is to spec, and that there aren’t any default settings that might cause you issues. Here is a list of things I found needed correcting:1. The computers internet was running slow (obvious driver issue). Did a quick Google search for the driver. Once installed the internet on the PC ran as expected.2. Ram was running at 2400mhz when listed at 3200mhz. XMP profile needed to be set in Bios. It defaulted to 2400mhz. Ran “>wmic memorychip list full” in cmd and verified that the ram was 3200mhz (as listed), then booted into bios and set the correct profile.3. Windows 10 Power plan was set to balanced (this is the default to extend laptop battery life). A game had issues running and my benchmark showed the CPU was clocking below spec. Accessed “Control PanelHardware and SoundPower Options” and found that the power profile need to be set to High Performance (this computer does not have a battery, so be sure to set this to high). Now the CPU runs as expected. To reiterate though, other than the motherboard issue (which was promptly resolved) this computer has met or exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.

I wanted to be able to take this out of the box ready to play. First day it shows up it had a case of boot looping right off the bat. Fortunately I somewhat know my way around a PC so I unplugs all the power cables going into the motherboard and that did the trick. Now it runs really fast and I get great frames on cod (around 140 high settings). You can’t beat the price.

The PC came exactly as described in the listing, all components were verified against the listing itself. Normally, I would buy the parts separately and build a PC myself, but between the Bitcoin boom and Silicon shortage in 2021, the price of GPUs and CPUs made buying a pre-built setup much more cost effective. This build had essentially everything that I was looking for. It runs photoshop for my wife very well, and I have yet to find a game that runs less than 60 FPS at maximum graphics settings. Some of the games that I have tested on the PC are; WoW, Witcher 3, Satisfactory, Borderlands 3, COD: Warzone, DOTA 2, and others. Some of these are less demanding than others, but the Witcher 3 and Satisfactory in particular and beautiful games and this setup runs them with 0 issues. Very satisfied with the purchase. The computer came with a Skytech brand keyboard and 4-button gaming mouse. I can’t review the WiFi card for the unit, because I am running the setup with a hard Ethernet connection for better internet speed. The few times I have used the WiFi capability, it worked well. The RBB display is changed with a button on top of the unit, and it has several color and display options. I have not had any issues at all with overheating for the PC, despite multi-hour gaming sessions. I would recommend this machine to any friend on the market for a good, affordable gaming PC – at least as long as the price spike for hardware like GPUs continues.

Not a top of the line computer but for what it is it handles streaming and gaming at the same time with zero issues. The Nvidia driver is a little annoying and seems to stay that way or idk how to stop it but everything works great.

Only issue I’ve had with this entire process was Amazon having issue triple requesting payment for this product, which was fixed with a reorder.Product worked literally the minute I plugged it in. Runs intensive games on max settings at 1080p with almost no issues. Occasionally had some frame stutters when in one game of Hell Let Loose, but seemed to be attached to minor ping issues so can not definitively say it was the computer or the internet.Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a plug and play, medium quality rig that seems to have some legs on it. Can run any game for me, and should have no issues doing the same for you!
