I owned 2 12 jl audio w3’s and blew them with in a month with the jl xd1000. 1000 rms amp. What a waste of money. so i needed a fast replacement and got these. Ive had them for a couple of days i can not only say they hit way harder but i havent even broken them in yet. So by far these are better than the jl w3’s. Get these it will be the most bang for your buck without having to do an upgrade to ur electrical.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this and put it in a Q-Bomb box in my 370Z. Absolutely pounds. Didn’t think it would hit like this. Rattled the inside of my house.

After reading all the reviews I finally decided on buying one of these and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This sub bumps! It rattles my whole car and I feel it in my chest when the bass hits. It’s in a sealed box. I also have it hooked up to a 750 watt amp and it still bumps, even with an underpowered amp. Crossing my fingers that this will last me more than my kicker.

For the price , you can’t really beat it. I did however, blow this bad boy with about 600 watts rms after having it for about three weeks, I would like to add that my crossover for the sub was too high, meaning it wasn’t getting just bass notes, but lower mid range as well. Not as durable as a jl or what have you, but man , for the price it’s really hard to beat. Sounds great, actually hit harder than my jl w3 12 getting 350 rms at 4 ohm.But it, you won’t be disappointed for the price, again, for the price!

Oh my God do these subs hit! Did the break in period as manufacturer suggested and wow. I bought these to replace a pair of fosgate subs that were crap. I run them in a 2005 Dodge ram 3500 in an underseat box. Had to use spacer rings to bring them up as the depth was a little short. Also, you will have to use 1/2″ spacers to raise the rear seat for the cones to have clearance. They sound amazing running my decks crossover @80hz and amp set at 90hz. Running them on a 2k watt amp cut back to 1/2 way.

This sub is perfect all around thump. Coupled with an alpine mono amp at 500w this thing is awesome. Enough to rattle the windows and shake the trunk in my POS car. Great for every day drive on a lower power setting but enough to shake the fillings in your teeth when turned up.

So far I have had this sub for 4 days, so far this sub is amazing. I am currently running a single 12 in a 2cu.ft. ported box tuned at 34hz. And a 1500 watt audiopipe mini monoblock D amp at 4ohms. When I mean this sub can take some serious abuse. While tuning my sub I found that it took every bit of gain as well as bass boost without clipping; on test tones and multiple tracks, normal, and rebassed. I’m in awe of the tightness as well as throw this sub gives. I will update this review if something goes wrong, but for the price point this sub is so far blown my expectations out of the water.

Update- March 29, 2020 and I still love these subs after around 6 months of pushing them pretty hardNow let’s keep in mind I’ve only had these installed for 3 days, so my review is based on a short time period. However, I will update immidiately if anything does go wrong with them so if you see this in a year with no updates then they’re quality speakers in my book. I purchased these to replace Kicker Comp R’s, and it’s a total upgrade. These subs are cheaper than Comp R’s, but sound way cleaner and hit way deeper. Being as they’re 3 days old, my amp is only at *maybe* 1/4 gain to break them in and they’re already sounding more powerful and clear than the others. Hopefully they’re as durable as they feel, because these things feel solid. They’re in a ported dual 12″ box, powered by a 2000w Audiopipe amp. Headunit is a Pioneer and door speakers were upgraded to Kenwoods. 10/10, I’ll be recommending them to anyone who asks. Also, they’re packaged extremely well. The subs each came padded in a box, inside of another tight-fitting box, then both inside of one larger box. There’s about 0 chance they show up damaged, which was a big concern being as I’ve never ordered subs online.

My Guy Put Me On To Skar Audio. He alwayd wanted to get them so before he got them I GOT IT FIRST to try them out and when I Say You Get A Bang For Your Buck (YOU DEFINITELY GET THAT AND MORE). I went and got the almost the whole setup from the 6.5 Speakers for my Back Deck of my car, The OFC AMP KIT WIRE, the 800watt Amp, 12″ (2ohm) Subwoofer and The Embroidered 12″ Box. My whole Car Is Damn Near SCAR AUDIO hooked up and its Sounds Amazing. I definitely will buy these more than (Kickers. Pioneers and Etc). These sound great. Durable and the Bass (Man Listen). The bass and power will make you never wanna look at Kicker L7s and Pioneers or any Sub again. I have it hooked up in my 2016 Honda Accord Sport and it sounds Amazing. Definitely worth the money and time.

Ive heard good reviews about Skar subs and their amps. Wanted to try something new so I bought 2 12s, 1200watts total Rms and built a custom box. Box is around 4-5 Ft^3 and tuned 32hz. Wow can I say these are the loudest subs I’ve ever had they make my phone jump in the air when sitting on the center console. Ive had rockford p3s in the past but they lacked deep long bass. These Skars are not only cheaper but they sound way better. Only going to buy Skar setups from now on. Recommend a 1500watt amp or better to run these, I’ve got a 2000w but it still doesn’t do these justice.
