Didn’t need Support but called them to ask a question about items in the package but nobody to help. Holiday season but we still need support Right??Only other item is the use of off brand DDR memory. They work but for how long?Would have been better if the cpu fan and other fans all had the same color.

Pros:- quiet- well put together- LEDs on Fans, RAM- glass side panel on case to see everything- Performs well in games (did not test AAA games yet)Cons:- Wifi ready means Wifi USB Adapter. This is best with an ethernet cable hooked up to download games.- not much SSD space but, upgradable- CPU fan does not change color with the LED color change button- stuck on a purple

After a month of online shopping, Allied Gaming provided by far the best deal for a high-end graphics card in this crazy market! Customer service was superb as wellPros: – Highly competitive price-to-performance, the best deal that I could find for highest performance and lowest price – Handles gaming on my QHD (2560×1440) monitor wonderfully, would handle the typical FHD (1920×1080) even better – Plug and play experience, with no operating system setup required to before use – Out of stock parts replaced free of charge with definitive upgrades – Exemplary customer service, whom patiently answered to my concerns and offered additional supportCons – Windows 10 is not activated. Cannot change background photo, and there’s an “Activate Windows” watermark message in the bottom right I cannot remove. Otherwise appears to be just like an “activated” version of windows – Box arrived damaged, but product was perfectly fineBased upon my experience, I would absolutely recommend Allied Gaming to anyone in search of a new pre-built computer system.

With the whole gaming world having supply issues and people charging double or triple IF you happen to find one. I’m this instant it wasn’t much of a thought… go buy the AMD XFX Speedster 6800xt for 1800-2200 USDOR!Buy this beautiful machine that is actually put together by people who care and know what they are doing and get charged the same price as just the graphics card so essentially everything else was free.I was happy with exactly what I ordered yet it shows up and what do you know? No it was t what what advertised but that is becuase they chose to UPGRADE the motherboard and up from 800 to 1000watt power supply.If I had ordered this myself it would have been quite a bit more (ryzen 5900x, 32gb ram, power supply, 500gb ssd) add that onto the price of this as this prebuilt price is basically what your gonna pay for 6800xt alone so they very well could have shoved a bunch of subpar stuff like motherboard or other parts like you usually come across in a store bought prebuilt.Would buy again and have definitely been giving out the link to this build far and wide. If you look close enough it might be under Big Mike’s number on the back door the bathroom stall!

If you’re looking at a prebuilt look no further. This is by far the best priced high end prebuilt gaming pc I could find. Very good components MSI z490 motherboard, teamgroup t-force rbg ram, xfx swift rx6800xt, intel 10700k, 3 rbg intake fans, 120 rbg liquid cooler exhaust. Super responsive customer service.
